Brandstudioz BV is a Dutch private company registered at Kerkstraat 184, 1017 GV Amsterdam (KvK 91 224 558, VAT NL 864 991 207 B01). We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website.

• Account data: name, email, organisation, sponsor reference.
• Access data: invite-code redemption logs, device fingerprint, IP at time of access.
• Brief data: text and file content you submit inside the members' area.
• Usage data: privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible, EU-region, no cookies).

To run the membership, match briefs to creators, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations under Dutch and EU law.

All member data is stored on Hetzner Cloud servers in Frankfurt, Germany. We do not transfer member data outside the EU.

Account data: for the life of the membership plus 90 days. Access logs: 12 months. Brief data: as agreed with the member, default 24 months.
